Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing. Temperature in the plane was quite warm for the entire flight - actually just outright hot making for an unoleay4 hours.
We never got the exact reason why. When we got on the plane, the staff seemed to spend a very long time just milling around in the front of the plane. I also never figured out why the door to the cockpit was open for so long prior to leaving. All in all just a poor performance again from United. There is a reason we did not choose United for the international legs of this recent trip, overall dissatisfaction. I was offered 2 vouchers for inconvenience, but those vouchers aren’t usable.

Premium Economy and First Class are not available on this route (at least not as a non-stop flight). Made a night flight on a small aircraft pleasant and memorable. Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

Plane was good but was delayed. Probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. I've had to personally encounter her twice in-flight. She was giving me an attitude while telling me where and how to open it since it's not the regular push to open type of door. The second one was when I had to throw trash then use the lavatory again.

Uncomfortable seats on 14 hour flight. That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. It was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say.
